📖 Who We Are
How viibet Got Started
Back in 2018, the online gaming scene in Bangladesh was a mess. Most platforms were foreign-built, with English-only interfaces and payment methods that didn't work locally. Withdrawals could take days. Customer support spoke languages players didn't understand. A group of young entrepreneurs experienced these frustrations firsthand — and decided it was time to build a platform made for Bangladesh, by Bangladeshis.
That vision gave birth to viibet in 2019. It started with Sports Betting, then gradually expanded to include casino games, lottery, live dealer, and more. Every decision along the way was guided by one question: is this convenient for the everyday user in Bangladesh?
Built With Bangladesh in Mind
The viibet team knows that internet conditions in Bangladesh aren't always ideal. In rural areas, people rely on 3G networks, work with low-RAM devices, and need to watch their data usage. That's exactly why the viibet app is lightweight, loads quickly, and includes an offline mode.
The same thinking applies to payments. Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket — these are part of everyday life in Bangladesh. That's why viibet integrated these payment gateways from day one. No credit card? No bank account? No problem.
Transparency Is Our Core Principle
The biggest fear in online gaming is: if I win, will I actually get my money back? viibet has answered that question through action. Our withdrawal process is completed in an average of 5 minutes — no hidden charges, no confusing conditions.
Our games are built by internationally recognized software providers — including the likes of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. The Random Number Generators behind these games are regularly audited by independent third parties.
Responsible gaming is a priority at viibet. We believe gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not problems. That's why features like deposit limits and self-exclusion are built right into our platform.
